Transcripts
If you attended Pathfinder and need a copy of your transcript please provide the following information. Note that most colleges require an official transcript sent directly to them from Pathfinder Tech to them.
Please provide:
-First and last name used while you attended (clearly spelled out)
-Graduation year or year last attended
-Date of birth
-The name of the college (complete address) or an admissions email of where to send the transcript
-Current phone number where you can be reached (in case further information is needed)
Learners Permit/Drivers License
Documents required by the Registry of Motor Vehicles such as an Official Enrollment Verification letter and an Official Transcript may also be requested.
Please provide:
-First and last name
-Confirm residential and mailing address
-Date of birth
-An email or address where documents can be sent, or if they can be given to the student
-Current phone number where you can be reached (in case further information is needed)
